Windows: How to solve error on delete very long path

Can happen that when you try to delete a folder on Windows you get this error.

The source file name(s) are larger than is supported by filesystem. Try moving to another location which a shorter path name, or try renaming to shorter name(s) before attempting this operation.
To solve
1) Download and install 7zip (see linkografia)
2) Run the 7zip File Manager (file inside inst directory 7zfm.exe).
3) Using 7zip File Manager navigate so that you can see the name of the folder you want to delete (i.e. parent folder).
4) Use and either on your keyboard or in the 7zip File Manager toolbar

Oss.: 7-Zip is open source software and it is a file archiver that support several standard (ZIP, GZIP and others). Can be used like file manager too. Among the various formats it also supports native 7z compression, which allows you to manage folders whit very long path (backup/restore).
